How to buy or book?

If you wish to buy your excursions or packages online you can pay by VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO and CIRRUS cards. We also accept PAYPAL and MERCADO PAGO.
What’s my excursion schedule?
Once the excursion reservation is confirmed, we’ll send you an email with detailed information. We also work together to coordinate with hotels and accommodations.The pick up will be at your hotel reception.
How far in advance do I book my excursion?
We suggest booking 3 days in advance owing to high demands on services and excursions. Some excursions have limited places for it is quite important to book in advance.
Is bad weather a reason for cancellations?
Most excursions are done without problem, no matter what’s the weather except for navigations on the Beagle Channel. Many of the navigations are subjected to wind conditions and depend on Prefectura Naval (Navy) for confirmation.In case the activity is suspended, the navigation is rescheduled at your convenience or refunded.
What’s the weather like in Ushuaia and El Calafate?
Patagonia has an unpredictable weather. Temperatures may change many times in one day. Weather conditions during the year are “cool” with an average 12ºC.
Lower temperatures are registered between July and August, a time when it may also snow. In winter, daylight is reduced. Nonetheless, it is a great period to travel. It’s less windy and you can enjoy ski centers and practise winter activities.
During the summer, days are longer and temperatures reach 20ºC max. Spring is the most windy time of the year but you it’s the season to appreciate clear skies.
What should I wear for excursions?
We suggest wearing suitable clothes and shoes. Due to the weather we recommend waterproof and thermal clothing, hiking shoes, wool hat, sunscreen and sunglasses; also having a no more than 30 ltr backpack to carry gloves and coats if necessary as well as water, camera, etc.
